At Meryia, we aim to deliver products that meet the highest standards of quality and design. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.


1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition and packaging, including all tags, labels, and original packaging.

Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

Meryia reserves the right to reject returns that show signs of use, wear, washing, or damage.


2. Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted for size or style changes, subject to product availability.

If the exchange is requested without any manufacturing defect, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs, including return and re-delivery fees.

If the exchange is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, Meryia will cover all related shipping costs.


3. Returns & Refunds

Refunds are available only after the returned item has been received and inspected by our quality control team.

If the return is requested without a manufacturing defect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and shipping fees are non-refundable.

If the order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Refunds may be issued using the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the payment provider and internal policies.


4. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Clear photos or videos may be required to verify the issue.

Once confirmed, Meryia will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to the customer.


5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items purchased during sales, discounts, or promotional offers

  • Limited edition or customized products

  • Items that show signs of use, washing, wear, or damage caused by the customer

  • Products returned without original packaging or tags


6. Return Process

Contact our customer support team to request a return or exchange.

Wait for approval and return instructions before sending any item.

Securely package the item and ship it according to the provided instructions.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


7. Processing Time

Once received, returns are inspected within 3–10 business days.

Approved refunds will be processed shortly after inspection, depending on your payment provider and bank processing times.


8. Right to Refuse Returns

Meryia reserves the right to refuse any return, refund, or exchange request that does not comply with this policy.

Repeated or excessive return requests may be reviewed and restricted at Meryia’s discretion.


9. Policy Updates

Changes will take effect immediately once published on our website.
