  • We currently ship within Egypt.

  • International shipping may be introduced in the future and will be announced through our official channels.


3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times begin after the order has been dispatched:

  • Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days

  • Other Governorates: 2–5 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier availability, or external factors.

Meryia shall not be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Supporting photos or videos may be required to assist with verification and resolution.
